The ideal candidate possesses the following:

- Computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Professional Degree in early education and care or related educational field
- EEC Lead Teacher Certification (preferred)
- Basic understanding ofFamily Child Care systems and excited to learn
- Previous experience working with Family Child Care providers
- Working knowledge of EEC Regulations and FCC Home Safety and Visit expectations(Preferred)
- Valid Driver’s License with use of personal vehicle
- Willing and able to travel locally/State
- Ability to conduct curriculum/special needs/behavioral and other child development related trainings
- Bilingual Capabilities (English/Spanish) or (English/Portuguese) a plus
